Most home-use items are DIY-friendly with Installation manuals provided. For larger commercial equipment or multi-unit setups, we offer professional nationwide installation services. These items can get completed on the installation process and we recommend that our professional team handles the installation.

Do you handle full gym fit-outs?

Yes, from planning and 3D renders to supply, delivery, and installation. We assist with layout 5low, zoning, power requirements, and aesthetics for home, studio, and commercial projects.

Do you offer after-sales service and maintenance?

Absolutely. All equipment includes warranty support, and we offer optional service-level maintenance contracts for commercial clients. Additionally we keep a large stock holding of spare parts.

Can I finance my gym setup?s

Reach out to our team and we will let you know how progress is going.

The product I want to purchase is out of stock. How do I know when more stock is arriving?

Yes. We offer 5inancing options for both home users and commercial clients. Lease-to-own plans are available up to 60 months for qualifying businesses.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days and arrive in 2–5 working days depending on your location. Custom and imported items may vary.

Do you offer installation outside of Gauteng?

Yes, we have multiple teams and vehicles that handle installations throughout South Africa. For locations beyond our direct reach, we also work with a trusted network of certified partner installers in every province to ensure professional and efficient service, no matter the distance.

Can I collect my order?

Yes. You may collect from our Johannesburg warehouse. Simply select 'Warehouse Collection' at checkout and we'll notify you once your order is ready.

What's your returns policy?

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. A restocking fee may apply, and return shipping is at the buyer's cost.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Notify us within 48 hours and we’ll arrange a swift replacement or solution. We stand by the quality and condition of everything we ship.

Can you work with our architect or designer?

Yes, we collaborate with architects, interior designers, and developers.

Do you offer equipment for hospitality and lodges?

Yes. We specialise in elegant, low-noise, and durable setups for lodges, boutique hotels, and guest spaces. We prioritise silent operation and aesthetic harmony.

Do you ship outside of South Africa?

Yes. We export across Southern Africa and can assist with customs clearance, freight quotes, and all necessary export documentation.

Can I customise my equipment or brand it?

Yes. We offer branding and customisation for select commercial equipment including frame colour, upholstery, and decals. MOQs and lead times apply.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept EFT, credit/debit cards, Payflex, Cash, Cryptocurrency and offer commercial financing through vetted partners.

Do you provide layout advice or compliance planning?

Yes. We can assist with spacing requirements for safety, flow optimisation, and compliance with school or commercial fitness standards.
