Deliveries of ordered goods will take 5-10 business days for city centres and outlying areas to be delivered. Deliveries are normally made on business days (Monday to Friday, not including public holidays). In the event that stock is on hand, stock will be dispatched in less than 5 working days. Due to high demand and backlogs you may experience a slightly longer delivery time. We recommend having someone available to check and sign for the delivery, in order to permit fast and efficient service. Please note * In rare situations deliveries may be late due to your location, accidents or local disruptions. It is not always possible for a courier company to call you before delivering goods. Ensure the correct postal code and contact number is used when adding your shipping details.
If you have received a product which turns out to be defective, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect, but in any event within 3 month after delivery/collection of the product. We will arrange collection of product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will, at your choice, repair / replace the product or credit your account with the price of the product if your requests meets our standards for defective product. Refunds are handled within 16-18 working days. Please provide suitable or original packaging for returning product. The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to return under the section below: Faults resulting from normal wear and tear; Damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product; Damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product. In the event that a customer changes their mind and decides that they would no longer like to keep the product or products purchased, there will be a 15% restocking fee in addition to any courier charges associated with the return.
