How to Use
- Adjust the hip pad and footrest to suit your body position.
- Load the desired weight plates onto the storage/loading pegs.
- Position yourself securely against the pads and place your foot on the designated footrest.
- Drive your leg backwards in a controlled motion, focusing on the glutes and hamstrings.
- Return slowly to the starting position without allowing the weight to drop or the movement to become uncontrolled.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
