- Tracking number provided via email once your order ships
International Shipping
- We export to 54+ countries across Africa and internationally
- International delivery times: 2-6 weeks depending on destination
- Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer

Delivery Process

Returns Policy
General Returns
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be in original packaging, undamaged, and unused
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
Damaged or Defective Items
- Inspect all deliveries upon receipt and sign for any visible damage
- Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
- We will arrange replacement or repair at no cost for defective items
